FINANCE SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR (F53-08)
This position offers the unique opportunity of providing technical and administrative support for our Finance department. The primary responsibility will be to assist in the provision of services as related to both hardware and software in order to ensure the daily operations of the department. This includes, but is not limited to, the administration and support of the Enterprise financial software suite by Epicor Software Corporation. Duties also include providing related technical and programming assistance to the end users in the department.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Completion of a College Program Analyst diploma or equivalent.
- Previous support for a mid-market financial software package. (Epicor preferred)
- Experience supporting Microsoft Office suite including Outlook.
- Experience supporting Microsoft SQL Server.
- Experience with Microsoft Windows operating systems and hardware. (Client and Server)
- Familiarity with Remote Desktop environments. (Citrix, VMWare)
- Visual Basic programming experience. (VBA, VB6, .Net)
- Ability to work independently, yet can participate effectively within a project team.

SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR (F52-08)
Reporting to the Supervisor, Information Technology Services, this position offers an experienced, skilled systems professional the technical opportunity of working with an I.T. project team responsible for all aspects of systems in a 24 hour high security lottery environment. The environment includes a mix of UNIX systems, Windows servers and desktops, and various third party and internal applications. The Systems Administrator will help build and maintain manufacturing and front office network resource servers, maintain system security, and install, configure, and administer mission-critical Windows based file servers, remote access servers and desktop PCs.
Experience and Qualifications:
- BSc or Community College degree in related discipline with 3 to 5 years of experience
- Excellent knowledge of Windows 2000 and 2003 Server
- Experience with Microsoft SMS 2003, Active directory, and Group polices
- Strong knowledge of Computer Hardware
- The ability to formulate and present solutions to new concepts
- In-depth knowledge of IP networking principles and concepts
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, upgrade and repair PCs
- The ability to communicate with users, working with projects from conception to implementation with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of backup/recovery techniques.
- Participation in an on-call rotation

SALES MANAGER LICENSED PRODUCTS (F28-08)
The Sales Manager will report to the Director, Licensed Products and will be responsible for generating sales of our Licensed Product portfolio. In this role, the Sales Manager will identify potential opportunities, develop and implement successful sales and marketing strategies, and ensure continuous sales growth of the portfolio.
Experience within the lottery industry in North America, including sales and marketing with respect to instant tickets and related services is a definite asset.

Experience and Qualifications:
