Intermediate Accountant

THE OPPORTUNITY:

MANUFACTURING ANALYST

THE OPPORTUNITY:

Pollard Banknote has an opportunity in Production for a Manufacturing Analyst. Reporting to the Production Manager, the Manufacturing Analyst is responsible to provide analytical and administrative support to the Production Managers, which includes investigative and comparative data analysis, managing and distributing information for reports, preparing various documentation and reports, processing orders/inventory and data entry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct DiMs (Enterprise Resource Planning) reviews for Manufacturing and ensure specs are accurate and any non-conformance or other issues are resolved
  • Conduct data analysis on production processes both independently and as directed by the Production Manager
  • To ensure the timely delivery of accurate production data for the daily, weekly and monthly production reports

Qualifications:

COMPUTER OPERATOR (DATA PROCESSOR)

THE OPPORTUNITY:

The Computer Operator (Data Processor) will work with highly sensitive and very specific data files to support the manufacturing process in all plants.

NOTE: The proposed schedule for this position is Monday to Friday days from 7am to 3pm. Flexibility to support other shifts on a rotational basis, is a requirement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparing and providing data files for the presses per customer specifications

Lead Application Developer

THE OPPORTUNITY:

We’re looking for a self-motivated Lead Developer to join The Lottery Management Systems Development Team at Pollard. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of software solutions for new and existing lottery customers. This include, requirements gathering, interacting with project stakeholders and customers and leading our department development efforts and overall base code architecture.

This position leads a team of developers, providing technical leadership and mentorship for the development, management, and support of web applications, integration frameworks, and other applications as required.

Programmer Analyst

THE OPPORTUNITY:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and test game applications/scripts to program lottery ticket games that meet customer and game specification requirements and delivery deadlines
  • Analyze data generated by software to ensure accurate randomization of data to meet all security requirements
  • Ensure all new software development has its own architecture while fitting into the departments overall software architecture

PROJECT MANAGER

THE OPPORTUNITY:

We’re looking for a driven, results-oriented Project Manager to join our growing Project Management Office. In this role, you will be responsible for leading teams to deliver projects that span across one or more departments, often including external partnerships with vendors and suppliers as well as customer-facing projects.

As a Project Manager, you will be ensuring scope is documented and well understood between the project team and all stakeholders, be accountable to the project sponsor to deliver frequent status updates and all other project methodology deliverables. You will be responsible for delivering the project on time, on budget and within scope, and capturing and escalating issues, risks and decisions to ensure transparency around project health, as well as options and trade-offs for decision items.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Drive the development of the project charter and project plan from the originating project request with input from project team members and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with project team members and stakeholders to develop project schedule, identify issues and risks and develop mitigation strategies
  • Monitor and control project progress using various tools (burn up/down charts, velocity charts, forecasting models, updated Gantt charts, etc.) to track progress against deadlines
  • Serve as the first point of escalation with project team members and works to remove blockers
  • Facilitate meetings with project teams and all stakeholders
  • Liaise with various Pollard Banknote stakeholders to assist with business case development
  • Develop meeting agendas and take meeting minutes capturing all action items, decisions, and issues and/or risks raised with for follow-up
  • Provide regular updates on project health and status for project sponsor and stakeholders

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Prosci or other OCM designation considered an asset
  • 7+ years of progressive project management experience leading complex projects; including external customer facing IT projects, in a cross-functional environment

THE OPPORTUNITY:

We’re looking for an experienced IT Service Desk Professional to join our IT Services team in the role of Service Desk, Supervisor. The primary focus of this role will be supervising, mentoring and supporting the Service Desk employees with first level IT support for staff throughout the company, ensuring that top quality service levels are achieved.
