Financial Reporting Analyst

We’re looking for a driven Accounting/Finance professional to join Pollard’s finance team! Reporting to the Assistant Controller, this full time, permanent position will support a growing and dynamic organization in the Lottery and Gaming industry. In this role, you will work with various facets of the organization to assist the management with various tasks, including the budget and forecast processes.

What you will do

  • Assist in developing and enhancing financial statements and reports.
  • Prepare month-end and quarter-end analysis, reconciliations and reports, specializing in Licensing and Digital product lines.
  • Assist in the preparation of annual budgets.
  • Assist in maintaining, managing and identifying improvements in internal controls and procedures.
  • Liaise with internal and external customers, including the external auditors.
  • Maintain, analyze and improve our base financial information.
  • Assist in developing and completing monthly costing reports for digital product lines.

What you will need

  • CPA or legacy designation required.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in an accounting/finance role.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment is considered an asset.
  • Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • Ability to respond to changing priorities and requirements.
