As a leader in the Lottery gaming space, Pollard Digital Solutions is seeking an experienced manager to oversee the design, implementation, and management of our AWS cloud-based platform.
You will play a critical role in ensuring the platform’s scalability, reliability, security, and compliance, while continuously seeking new opportunities for improvement. Your responsibilities will include:
- Championing the design, implementation, and maintenance of AWS cloud infrastructure, with a focus on compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Proactively monitoring, managing, and resolving issues to maintain platform scalability and reliability.
- Implementing and maintaining cloud security policies, procedures, and access controls to meet the highest standards for compliance and certifications.
- Developing and executing processes to optimize cost and performance, to ensure the platform remains efficient and effective.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative cloud solutions that meet business requirements and exceed expectations.
- Staying ahead of industry trends and new AWS services and features, to make recommendations for platform improvements.

What You’ll Need
- A minimum of 5 years managing an AWS Cloud environment.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory capacity.
- Extensive experience with AWS cloud infrastructure and services, with a deep understanding of compliance and certification requirements.
- A proven track record of managing and scaling cloud platforms, with experience in the lottery gaming space a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of cloud security and compliance requirements, with the ability to maintain a secure and compliant platform.
- Strong technical skills, including experience with scripting and automation tools, to ensure efficient and effective platform management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
