Administrative Assistant

We’re looking for a proactive Administrative Assistant to join our Digital Engagement team within Michigan remotely.   

As an Administrative Assistant, you will coordinate correspondence, manage the Vice President’s calendar, handle financial tasks, organize meetings/events, act as a liaison, and maintain confidentiality.

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate and prioritize incoming requests and correspondence, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents for executive review.
  • Manage VP, Digital Engagement’s calendar, including scheduling appointments, prioritizing meetings, resolving conflicts, and ensuring timely reminders and follow-ups.
  • Prepare expense reports, track budgets, and assist with financial record-keeping.
  • Organize and facilitate meetings, conferences, and special events, including logistics, agenda preparation, and follow-up actions.
  • Participate in meetings and discussions, taking notes, summarizing key points, and following up on action items.
  • Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining professional communication and relationships.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle it with discretion.

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years’ experience supporting at the executive level.
  • High level computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office products
  • Demonstrated ability to work both with a team and independently
  • High level of confidentiality
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
