Control Room Supervisor

We’re looking for a pro-active Control Room Supervisor to join our Digital Engagement team remotely within the United States ideally in the Eastern or Central Time Zone.

As a Control Room Supervisor,  you will be responsible for executing manual activities in the Control Room application, reporting daily activities and incidents, upholding the security integrity of the Control Room and its operations, and effectively communicating with Director, Operations. Additionally,  you will be responsible for supervising Control Room staff and operations, including the build, testing, and delivery of the Draw Based Games (DBG) solution to current and new clients. This position will be the primary owner of all DBG operational content when responding to new Request for Proposals (RFP). The role also involves cross-training to provide support as needed in various operational areas.

What You’ll Do

  • Handle all job duties in adherence to policies and procedure
  • Execute tasks in accordance with system directive
  • Meet monthly performance goals for accuracy, quality, productivity and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Plan and execute testing in according with testing schedule
  • Provide timely feedback to company regarding system and equipment failures or client concerns
  • Maintain information confidentiality
  • Prepare timely internal reporting of system and operational incidents and monthly summaries
  • Be the first level advocate for operations team regarding new features and functionality
  • Coordinate and participate in all DBG and onboarding audits
  • Manage staffing schedules, oversee daily activities, and ensure proper coverage in the control room
  • Coordinate DBG emergency training and testing
  • Maintain procedural and technical knowledge of all operational processes and systems
  • Prepare timely and accurate internal reports of system performance, incidents, and operational issues.

What You’ll Bring

  • 3+ years of Control Room Operator or related work experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in supervising and leading teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in executing tasks in adherence to policies and procedures, following system directives, and meeting performance goals for accuracy, quality, and productivity.
  • Experience in preparing internal reports of system and operational incidents, participating in audits
  • Proficiency in operating control room equipment and systems.
  • Strong understanding of compliance requirements, policies, and procedures.
