Account Executive

We are looking for a customer focused Account Executive to join our Sales & Marketing Team within our Winnipeg head office located at 140 Otter Street. 

As Account Executive, you will be the main point of contact between assigned Lottery clients and internal departments to ensure exceptional service and product quality. You will take the lead in managing projects from inception to completion. Your daily activities will include building and maintaining relationships, accurately inputting specifications for product requirements while adhering to ISO procedures and maintaining project milestones to ensure on-time delivery of tickets and other game deliverables.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage the flow of all other paperwork required to keep game orders on schedule to meet customers’ delivery requirements.
  • Accurately enter customer and product specification into the ERP system.
  • Manage assigned established accounts, new accounts and promoting new ideas to Clients for future business.
  • Provide excellent customer service to assigned accounts through timely responses to requests, anticipation of requirements and preparation of customer specifications.
  • Assist in large scale projects such as RFPs.
  • Obtain internal and customer sign-off on specifications and artwork.
  • Work closely with Senior Account Executive, Manager and Director, Sales & Marketing to help identify opportunities, resolve issues and to assist assigned lotteries to meet their objectives, as well as assist in business development efforts.

What You’ll Bring

  • Post-secondary education.
  • 3+ years’ experience in an account coordinator role.
  • 3+ years’ experience in a customer service role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Possesses independent judgment, discretion, and initiative in absence of specific directions from management.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat as well as Web systems and databases.
  • Strong grammatical and typing/data entry skills with an emphasis on accuracy.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and is able to work effectively and efficiently while maintaining a high level of service.
  • Previous project management experience is an asset.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing or operations role is preferred.
  • Lottery experience is an asset.
