Game Coordinator

We’re looking for a Game Coordinator to join the Game Management & Design Department within our Corporate head office in Winnipeg Office.

As a Game Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing assistance to the Game Planners by coordinating all aspects of planning Lottery games; functioning as a direct liaison between Marketing, Game Development, Manufacturing and other departments as needed. 

In Addition, the Game Coordinator will monitor the various workflows and requirements for each game ensuring documentation and communications are in place to allow the Game Planner to progress a game through the various stages of production.

What You’ll Do

  • Perform data entry, update game planner schedules, monitor ready for production lights, monitor press schedule changes, update dashboard and prepare supply requisitions.
  • Deliver contract proofs and press sheets to Sales & Marketing and the customer and deliver proofs & dielines to the pressroom.
  • Coordinate and distribute incoming and outgoing art requests; schedule, assign in priority order, verify all information provide with the art request is accurate
  • Order drawdowns, mock-ups and contract proofs for Sales & Marketing and PBL innovations.
  • Manage art files between creative, marketing and game planners; submit art changes, request art files; monitor the progress of art changes and requests, performing follow up to meet deadlines.
  • Organize and file sample tickets and press sheets.
  • Flatten art files for Order Entry staff.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Who You Are

  • Someone with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • A strong communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A solutions orientated individual with keen attention to detail. 

What You’ll Bring

  • Grade 12 or GED equivalent.
  • Industry experience and/or a diploma or degree from a post-secondary technical institute would be an asset (Graphic Art Design / Graphic & Print Technician).
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of product including Word and Excel, Adobe Acrobat Professional.
  • Ability to assimilate technical and creative information and translate this information into detailed, organized and accurate game specifications.
