We’re looking for a self- motivated Warehouse Manager to join our Logistics Department.
Reporting to the Logistics Warehouse Manager, for managing all aspects of warehouse operations, including inventory management, logistics, and staff supervision. The successful candidate will ensure efficient and effective warehouse processes, timely distribution of goods, and compliance with safety regulations.

What You’ll Do
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and distribution of products.
- Ensure accurate and timely inventory management, including regular stock checks and inventory reconciliation including off-site warehouses.
- Implement and maintain warehouse layout to optimize space utilization and workflow efficiency.
- Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for warehouse activities.
- Manage warehouse staff, ensuring a high level of performance and productivity.
- Ensure adherence with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Prepare and present regular reports on warehouse and logistics performance
Who You Are
- A self-motivated individual with the capability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines and work with minimum supervision.
- Someone with the ability to apply high level of problem-solving skills and expertise to analyze and report on actions and/or solutions.
- Someone with strong communication skills who fosters a positive and collaborative work environment at all levels of the business, promoting teamwork and employee engagement.
What You’ll Bring
- 3 years supervisory in warehouse operations and transportation experience
- Diploma or certificate in CITT-Certified Logistics Professional or Supply Chain Management preferred
- Dangerous Good Certificate would be an asset
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
