WINNIPEG, Manitoba, May 7, 2012 /CNW/ — Pollard Banknote Limited (TSX: PBL) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.03 per Common Share for the period from April 1, 2012 to June 30, 2012. Payment will be made on July 16, 2012 to shareholders of record on June 30, 2012.
